AS STATED ON THE COPYRIGHT PAGE, THIS FIRST EDITION, SECOND STATE, BINDING B IS: LIMITED TO 200 COPIES COPY NUMBER  "81" THE BIBLIOPHILE PRESS CORTLAND, N. Y.
